Lady Bears earn split in L&C action

LAUREL — The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Lady Bears moved to 3-4 on the season after splitting two match ups against conference opponents.

On Tuesday, the Lady Bears started slow and couldn’t recover in a 60-50 loss at home.

The Lady Indians jumped on LCC early and built a 38-12 halftime advantage. The Lady Bears played much better in the second half, but could not overcome the big halftime deficit and lost their second straight game.
