Wausa Community World Day of Prayer planned

WAUSA — The annual Wausa community World Day of Prayer service will be held 4 p.m., March 1, at the Evangelical Covenant Church.

The speaker will be Kathryn Carlson, from Bright Horizons in Norfolk.

Bright Horizons is a nonprofit organization providing support to the survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Thabor Lutheran Church will provide special music during the offering. A nursery will be provided for children age four and under. Refreshments will be served downstairs, following the service.
