SCHOMAKER THANKED FOR 24 YEARS — Osmond VolunteerFire Department Chief Marty Kruse (left) and President Dennis Kuhl presented a plaque to Murray Schomaker at the pancakefeed on Sunday in appreciation for his many years of service to the department. Because of a conflict with his current job, Murray is retiring from the department after 24 years. Murray has served in a number of positions with the OVFD, including as training officer.
