Osmond Food Pantry still open; needs items
OSMOND — Pastor Rodgers Chishiba of the United Methodist Church advised that the Osmond Food Pantry is still open for anyone who needs items. He commented, however, that some items are still needed.
Although canned items are plentiful and are not needed, the items that ARE needed include toiletries, tissue papers and laundry soap. In addition, he said, monetary donations may be made to pay for vouchers for gas or groceries.
Those who would like to donate items may call the church or Pastor Chishiba’s cell phone, (402) 851-9640. Also, those who need items may call and he will leave the pantry open so you can collect what is needed.
