Noah Schutte broke the all time scoring record at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge

Noah Schutte broke the all time scoring record at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge. Schutte’s record now stands at 1756. The top mark had previously been held by Dillon Wolfgram, who ended his career in 2016 with 1742 points.  Prior to that, the record was held by George Schroeder, who put up 1554 points in his high school career, which ended in 1972. Schutte is one of only a handful of Laurel athletes to reach the 1,000-point plateau. Interestingly enough, his dad, John Schutte, also scored 1000 points in his career, which ended in 1990. Helping Noah celebrate the achievement last week were: assistant coach Shane Kinkaid, head coach Todd Erwin, (Schutte), and assistant coach Alan Gottula.
