Lueth is taking over as new Cardinal Kids Daycare Director

RANDOLPH — A tailor-made passion for quality education and childcare, was the main driving force behind the recent directorial hiring at the Cardinal Kids Learning Center in Randolph.

“I love seeing the world through the eyes of children,” said Jessica Lueth of Wayne. “The excitement and joy they have for all of the little things in life, is truly amazing”

Lueth, a 2013 business administration graduate at Wayne State College, and exceedingly busy mother of three small children, spent the past five years honing her skills as a provider working out of her home in Wayne as a “step up to quality” recognized inhome Nebraska licensed day care business.

“When I made the decision to leave my day-to-day job and open up my own daycare, it was both the easiest and scariest decision I have ever had to make, “ Lueth said.

She always planned on doing more.

“Setting goals for myself early, I made a promise when I opened my doors, that one day I was going to take this to the next level, and open up my own center around town,” she said.

Currently working toward an early childhood education degree at Northeast Community College, Lueth couldn’t contain her excitement when she happened across the job listing.

“I knew Randolph had built a new learning center within the past few years, so I was very interested in checking it out,” Lueth said. “After my initial interview I walked out thinking, ‘wow, this is my dream job.’”

After quickly learning the ins and outs of running her own business, from both the nurturing and molding of young minds, to also managing the day-by-day business aspect and the behind the scenes operations, Lueth knew she couldn’t pass up this unique opportunity with which she found herself face to face.

“As parents, what we value most for our children is a strong educational foundation in a safe and caring environment,” Lueth said.

Lueth said she is eager to meet the people she will be working with each day.

“I look forward to getting to know each one of our parents, children and staff,” she said. “It is such an honor to be a part of a wonderful community that is truly dedicated in supporting the little ones who make us smile the most.”
