Local Boy Scout Pack hosts Court of Honor Awards

WAUSA — The Bloomfield-Wausa Boy Scout Troop 149 recently held their Court of Honor Awards Ceremony. The 2019-2020 scouting year didn’t go exactly as planned due to Covid-19, but the Scouts did have some exciting things happen and were able to earn a few awards along the way.

The Bloomfield-Wausa Troop 149 currently has eight members. Cade Wakeley, Wausa, was a “Super Scout” for this year and is working toward his Second Class rank. Casey Jeanoutot, Bloomfield, is also working toward Second Class Rank. Working toward their Tenderfoot Rank are Jackson Arnes, Bloomfield; Brock Jeanoutot, Bloomfield; and Alex Romponi, Bloomfield. Three new Scouts crossed over in January and are working on their Tenderfoot Rank. They are Max Bruce, Bloomfield; Marshall Bratetic, Bloomfield; and Jase Gerdes-Bloomfield. Congratulations to these young men and good luck as they continue their journey in Scouts.
