Library is set to reopen

WAUSA — The Lied Lincoln Township Library will be opening July 1, with restrictions. June 15, the library board updated and approved policies for opening. The library asks that if you have any symptoms identified by the CDC (fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing) you DO NOT come into the library.

Masks are required. The library cannot provide masks at this time, so bring your own.

Upon entering the library, please sanitize your hands at the sanitizing station which is just inside the door. Then knock on the interior glass doors to have the director let you in.

Only 10 patrons are allowed in the library at a time, and they must maintain a 6-foot distance.

Children under 16 may not come into the library at this time.

The computer area will be open for adults only by appointment. Two computers will be available with a 30-minute time limit.

The restrooms and drinking fountain will not be available at this time.

No one is allowed to sit and read at this time.

We will continue to have delivery (Wednesday only) and curbside service for those who do not wish to come into the library.

These policies are subject to change at any time. Temporary library hours starting July 1 are:

Monday-Thursday 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11a.m. – 2 p.m.
