Knox Co. officials urge residents to limit contact with courthouse

CENTER — The Knox County Courthouse continues to be closed to the public except by appointment.

While the driver license examiners are still coming to the Courthouse on Fridays, appointments must be made with the examiners before coming. The examiners are in other counties during the week so you can call the Knox County Treasurer’s Office at 402-288-5615 or the Knox County Clerk’s Office at 402-288-5604 for the examiners’ contact information.

We recommend you use the phone, mail, email or fax to conduct your business with the County offices. Payments can be made by check in the mail or leaving in the drop box located in the front foyer of the Courthouse, or by credit card.
