It’s Open

Excitement was over the top last week when Laurel’s pool finally opened for the summer. Kids were waiting and ready to go. COVID-19 health guidelines required that everyone needed to have their temperature taken before going into the pool, plus a shower with soap was required. Bryson Urwiler (left) gets his temperature checked by lifeguard Delaney Ehlers. None of the new restrictions seemed to bother the kids, though, as they just, splashed and swam the first day away.
