Fitness center open house is November 23

OSMOND – The Osmond Community Fitness Center has reopened after being closed for six months for complete remodeling. The new center now has its own entry with everything inside being structurally new.

The original fitness center opened through the generosity of many donors who provided resources to buy all the equipment, and memberships were sold to sustain operations. Offerings include treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, stair stepper, exercise balls and bands and weight resistant equipment.

An open house and viewing of partn the facility will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 23, from 4 to 8 p.m. for anyone interested in seeing what it has to offer. Memberships can again be purchased at the school business office during school hours.

Fees have stayed the same low amount they had been in an effort to make it affordable to all. See ad on Page 2 for more information about prices.

Committee members also report that there are dozens of pairs of shoes left from the old center and anyone wanting to claim them should do so at the open house, or they will be donated to charity. Anyone who is not able to * Knights of Columbus ranked #6 in the permanent li attend the open house but who would ered with Statista to independently survey more than 16, like to have a walk-through can call Randy Jochum at (402) 750-3416.
