Bit N Bridle elects officers for the year

LAUREL — The Laurel Bit N Bridle 4-H Club met on Sunday, Jan. 19 at 6 p.m at the Laurel City Auditorium. 

The officers for this year are: President Maddy Graham, Vice-President Stella Graham, Secretary/News Reporter Caleb Erwin, Treasurer Chelsea Potts, and Historian Luke Erwin.

Business discussed at the meeting included the following items: 4-H enrollment is due by March 15, members must enroll online. If anyone has questions, they should contact Jackie Potts.

February is 4-H month and members decided to wear 4-H shirts to school on a day in February that will be announced later. 

The 4-H Kick-off Pajama party is Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. Check the newsletter and Facebook page for other events and updates.

Following the meeting, Elle and Alma White demonstrated how to make fluffy slime.
