Bear Squad Earns State Honors

For the third year in a row the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Bear Squad Dance Team traveled to Grand Island to participate in the Nebraska State Dance Competition. Under the direction of dance coaches Melanie Hartung and Mindy Christensen, the girls placed fourth in the pom category and sixth in dance. Team members include: (back row) Alexandra Specht, Haley Christensen, (second row) Ella Hartung Kinsey Hall, Jadyn Kinkaid, (front row) Kaylee Donner, Freya Young, and Megan Forsberg. (right) Kaylee Donner and Ella Hartung make sure to stay in step as they perform with the rest of the squad.
