Wausa area baseball players – including Wade Bloomquist, Koy Kraft, Matthew Schindler, Jacob Schindler and Eddie Stevens – tip their caps as the funeral procession for Dale “Whitey” Wamberg drives by on July 28 in Wausa. The gesture was made to honor the Wausa native’s passion for America’s pastime. The 92-year-old died on July 24.
