LCC teams see action at Ponca meet

PONCA — The Laurel-Concord- Coleridge track and field teams took advantage of the opportunity and posted some good marks at the Ponca Athletic Complex, bringing home a number of medal-winning efforts.

The Ponca JV track and field meet was expanded to include varsity competition as area teams took advantage of what was becoming a rare scene in the area — a pleasant afternoon for a track meet. In varsity action, Erica Wolfgram won the long jump, placed second in the high jump and finished fourth in the 100-meter dash to lead the Lady Bears varsity.
