LCC runners compete in Pender

PENDER — The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge cross country teams saw action on Thursday in the Pender Invitational. In boys action, LCC placed seventh out of eight teams and had one top-10 finisher, as Dillon Olson posted an eighth-place finish with a time of 20:22.83. Following Olson was Landen Boysen, finishing 23rd in 22:04.33. After that, it was Matt Nelson (35th, 23:28.64), Trevin Boysen (37th, 23:28.64), Branden Meyer (44th, 26:38.04) and Trace Naeve (47th, 28:44.85). Vanessa Vance placed 19th in the girls race, finishing in a time of 29:46.21.
