Wayne State College Planetarium announces schedule

WAYNE — Wayne State College welcomes all ages to the Fred G. Dale Planetarium for its 2019 Spring Season of public shows. “The planetarium is where you can not only learn about the stars at night, you can soar among them!  It is your gateway to everywhere,” said Dr. Todd Young, Director of the Fred G. Dale Planetarium. This spring season includes a huge selection of 30 different shows for all ages:

 February Friday, Feb. 1 – Dawn of the Space Age, Saturday, Feb. 2 -  Back to the Moon for Good Friday,  Feb. 15 -  All About Black Holes Saturday, Feb. 16 - All About Dark Matter Friday, Feb. 22 -  Rusty Rocket (kids show) Saturday, Feb. 23 - Astronaut March Friday, March 1 -  Go to for a Ride!  (kids show) Saturday, March 2 -  Animals in the Sky (kids show) Friday, March 8 -  My House Has Stars (kids show) Saturday, March 9 -  Zula Patrol (kids show) Friday, March 15 - All About the Microverse, Part I Saturday, March 16 - All About the Microverse, Part II Friday, March 22 -  Fractal Explorations Saturday, March 23 -  Origins of Life Friday, March 29 - All About Dinosaurs (kids show) Saturday, March 30 - Eclipses and Phases of the Moon
