Bears place nine players on All District team

LAUREL — Laurel-Concord- Coleridge placed nine total players on the D1-5 All District Football team as chosen by the district coaches.

Six Bears were named to the first team while three players were tabbed to the honorable mention list.

LCC ended up the district champion for the season as it rolled through the district slate and the regular season undefeated.

Crofton was the runner-up and placed five on the first team, Hartington-Newcastle was third and placed four players on the first team, Wakefield was fourth and had three players, Homer was fifth and had two players and Tri County Northeast was sixth and had two players named.

Seniors; Aaron Bloom, Kolby Casey, Sutton Ehlers, Daniel Puppe and Jake Rath were tabbed on the first team along with junior, Dylan Taylor.

Miles Forsberg, a senior, made the honorable mention list with a couple of juniors, Jackson Hall and Carter Kvols.
