LAUREL — “God is good, all the time,” the congregation of The United Lutheran Church shouted after nine months of being without a pastor to lead their flock of parishioners.
Pastor Matthew Quanbeck was eagerly greeted June 17 as the ULC welcomed him and his wife Cortney and daughters Aleithia, 2 and Selah, 1.
