Keeping up the tradition

Carrol Lipp showed up bright and early Tuesday morning to fill out his ballot for the 2018 General Election. Lipp has voted in every General Election since 1944. “I vote because my vote is crucial,” he said. “To those of you who think your vote doesn’t count, consider this, you’ve already credited those you don’t prefer because you didn’t counteract their vote. Don’t complain when you don’t vote.” After completing his ballot and before turning it in, Lipp pulled out his harmonica and played a patriotic song.
