Fire Safety

Students from the Learning Tree Preschool toured the Laurel Fire Hall last week as part of National Fire Safety Month. The students listened to talks about fire safety and got a tour of the facility to see some of the fire equipment. Students also got a chance to try on a fire hat. Jyrnee Carson (left) adjusts her fire helmet, while Emily Fuoss makes sure her hat is on straight. A special page honoring area firemen is published inside this week’s Laurel Advocate.
