Lady Bears win in L&C consolation game

PONCA — After falling in the opening round of the Lewis & Clark Conference tournament last week, the LCC Lady Bears bounced back and avenged a loss from earlier in the season, blowing out Emerson-Hubbard 53-11 in consolation play Thursday.

The Lady Bears shut down the Lady Pirates offense in the first half, taking a 36-4 lead into the locker room.
