Lady Bears look to returners for leadership

LAUREL — Three starters and nine letter-winners are back for the Laurel-Concord- Coleridge girls basketball team this season, and coach Nate Sims is optimistic about the team’s chances for success this season.

“We graduated three seniors who did many great things for us, but also have several players with some game experience at the varsity level,” he said. “We should be able to have a deep rotation and hope to use that to our advantage. We look to really improve on last year’s record and get back on track.”
