LCC Jr. High volleyball teams complete a successful season

COLERIDGE — The LCC middle school volleyball team had a successful fall season.

They started by playing Cedar Catholic. The A team won, 25-17, 18-25, 15-9. The B team was defeated in three sets: 11-21, 21-16, 6-15 and the C team was defeated in two sets 7-21, 13-21.

Next they opposed Hartington-Newcastle with all three teams coming home with victories. The A team scores were: 25-20, 25-13. The B team won in two sets: 21-18, 21-11 and the C team scores were: 21-15, 19-21, 15-5.

The A and B teams then traveled to Winside where they both claimed victories. The A team scores were 25-12, 25-11. The B teams saw the same success with sets of 25-20 and 25-14.
