HARTINGTON — February in Nebraska is 4-H Month and we are ready to celebrate in Cedar County. One in three age-eligible youth are involved in 4-H across the state. In 2018, over 225 youth were members of the Cedar County 4-H program, which is a three percent increase in membership from the previous year.

What is 4-H? 4-H is a positive youth development program that strives to prepare youth for successful futures through career development, healthy living, STEM, and agricultural literacy.
