Nordby updates Board; Board updates policies

LAUREL — Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School worked towards adding new board policies at the June 10 meeting.
Laura Nordby, Instructional Coaching and High Ability Learner (HAL), began the meeting by discussing the new position for the 2018-19 school year. Nordby had set many personal goals for herself in this position. She began the year by reaching out to ESU #1 staff members.
Nordby went to several outside districts to observe their instructional coaching models, helping her develop a model just for LCC.
