Kinkaid picks up Eagle Scout award

LAUREL — Justin Kinkaid set a big goal for himself, and nothing could stop him from reaching that goal.

Kinkaid officially received his Boy Scout Eagle Award Saturday at a ceremony at St. Mary’s Parish Hall in Laurel.

Only four percent of boys who join Boy Scouts receive their Eagle Scout Award, making this accomplishment no small feat.
