New program allows LCC students to learn elsewhere on Fridays

LAUREL — For the majority, we all look forward to Fridays. Casual wardrobe in the office, weekend plans put together and all you have to do is survive until 5.

But atLaurel-Concord-Coleridge School, Fridays are far from casual.

“We have so much going on with our juniors and seniors this year, they are really getting out and with these work-based and college and career prep experiences … It’s exciting to see it come together,” LCC Supt. Jeremy Christiansen said.
