City dives into plan to upgrade swimming pool

— A two-hour Town Hall meeting ended with much to be resolved in the ongoing discussion about the Wausa swimming pool.
The meeting was called by the Village Board so community views could be expressed about the possible update or replacement of Wausa’s municipal pool.
The Wausa pool was built in 1959, and several renovations have been made to it over the years.
There is serious debate today over whether the town should do a large scale renovation or build a new pool in the same location as the current one.
