All mail election is expected to provide big turn-out

WAUSA — Knox County Election Commissioner Joann Fischer is preparing for a third all mail-in election this year.

The Wausa School Board recently called for a special measure regarding a proposal for a 20-year bond that would cost the constituents no more than $3 million.
