Supervisors learn about repairs on the Courthouse

CENTER — Knox County Supervisors addressed an important issue for the Knox County Courthouse and also took steps to place their approval on the applications for building permits submitted in March.
County board members learned the repair work on the north wall of the Courthouse could cost close to $145,000 during the Knox County Supervisor meeting April 27.
The valuation for Knox County could be going up in 2018. Board members also placed their approval on building permit applications for six barns with an estimated total value of $84,000,000.
Chad Paulsen, from Chad Paulsen Construction, Norfolk, spoke to county board members.
Paulsen, who had inspected the north wall of the Courthouse, submitted a report, along with photos of the problem area.
