Science fair held at RHS elementary schoo

RANDOLPH — The Randolph Elementary School held it’s annual science fair March 22, with grades 4-6 conducting science projects. The sixth graders each picked a topic to experiment on. Each one was different from the other. The students explained their projects to judges and later to the public.

The kids projects ranged from building tresses to “how much water does a diaper hold?” The fifth graders were also present in showing their knowledge of gravity and inertia by demonstrating their roller coasters. The kids amazed everyone with their roller coasters made from electrical insulation tubing. The fourth grade students knocked it out of the park with their amazing inventions and reports. This science fair showed some clever minds and use of the scientific method.
