Annual Randolph Tractor Drive a success despite rain

RANDOLPH — The nineteenth annual Randolph Tractor Drive was deemed a success despite the rain on Sunday, August 19, with 21 tractors in attendance.

Drivers arrived here from communities such as Randolph, Coleridge, Winside, Plainview, Wayne, Newcastle, Wisner, Aloys, Stanton, Bancroft, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and Delmont, SD to participate in the event. Also joining in the event in their vehicles were Darrel and Arlene Polenske, Norfolk, Ray and Arlene Veik, McLean, Steve and Darlene Pojar, Plainview and Bill Heitman, Laurel.
