Breakfast held for honor roll students
Tiger Tales Reporter) OSMOND — Osmond High School students continue to excel in the classroom. And again, a large percentage of the student body earned recognition for their academic excellence. Sixty-six students were honored for their grades in the third quarter on Tuesday, March 20, in the Osmond Community School lunch room as part of an honors breakfast.
This time, it was the teachers’ responsibility to organize and serve the meal. Historically, the honors breakfasts have been furnished by the school’s Student Council, but this quarter the Osmond Education Association (OEA) proudly jumped in. The OEA served breakfast pizza, orange juice and coffee to the students and the senior parents. Michelle Beacom and Amanda Schieffer provided the food and drinks.
