Pioneer, Heritage Farm applications available

PIERCE — The 2018 Pioneer Farm and Heritage Farm Award applications are now available. The Pioneer Farm Award recognizes Nebraska farm families whose land has been owned by members of the same family for 100 years. The Heritage Farm Award recognizes those whose land has been owned by the same family for 150 years.

Award applications are available online from the AKSARBEN Foundation (www.AKSARBEN.org) or from Karen Foster, secretary of the Pierce County Agricultural Society, 86037 536 Ave., Plainview, NE.
