Area resident questions County

HARTINGTON — Road improvements and bridges were discussed, building permits were addressed and a Randolph area man had a few questions and concerns involving using common sense during the Cedar County Commission meeting on April 10.

Cedar County Highway Superintendent Carla Schmidt talked to board members about an agreement that needs to be in place involving a road northwest of Laurel. She reported on changes that will be made on bridge inspections and a payment that is being made for the replacement of a bridge by Randolph.
