OSMOND - The Monday, Sept. 10, meeting of the Osmond City Council began with the annual budget hearing.

LINCOLN — Patrick E. Mallatt, 88, died after a long illness Aug. 4, 2018, at the home of his daughter, Ann, and son-in-law, Mark Killenbeck, who were by his side, in Fayetteville, Ark.
