A day in the sun

Saturday’s weather gave everyone a touch of “spring fever,” from kids heading to the school playground, going for walks with the family or heading to the car wash to get the “winter” off of vehicles. It was definitely a welcome change from the cold and snowy winter this area has seen. (Top) Jade Lilienkamp, along with her cousin Cloey Young, take advantage of the nice weather Saturday to head to the playground. (left) Dylan Hanika, Lois Urwiler, Katie Urwiler and Scruffy hit the streets for a family walk. The warm spell didn’t last long, though, as another blizzard came through Monday and Tuesday cancelling school and shutting down many roads and businesses.
