Randolph tour, Town Hall were a big hit

RANDOLPH —  The success of the recent two-day event which included a Randolph Tour, Town Hall Meeting and Workshop, were discussed at Wednesday’s City Council meeting.
Out of town people from Florida, North Carolina, Kansas, Washington D.C and Nebraska that came for the event were impressed with the community, according to Randolph resident, Josh Rayford, who took part in all of the events during the two days.
“The people from out of town had some very positive things to say about the town. That was good to hear,” Rayford said.
Local and state officials were impressed by the unusual number of government agencies that participated by invitation of the EPA and the City of Randolph according to Gary Van Meter, Randolph Community Development Director.
