Bermel expands into new downtown facility

RANDOLPH — Cory Bermel was ready for a change, and after nine months of renovations, his business, Cory’s Body and Paint, will be moving into a new location across the street from the grocery store in Randolph. It was a venue Bermel had his eye on back in 1998 when he first started his business, but instead he moved into a place right on the highway.
Now Bermel will have more space, an in-town location, and the ability to work on big trucks thanks to his new 14-foot garage door. Previously Bermel had to work on trucks outside because they did not fit in his shop.
The public will have the chance to come by Saturday during the open house. It begins at 9 a.m. and there will be coffee and donuts along with a few door prizes.
“There is just so much more room for us to work with,” said Bermel. “We will have a paint room and a wash room and then we can also work on cars up in the front room. There is just a lot more space here and it will make working on multiple projects a lot easier.”
