Bargstadt and Winkelbauer work to improve Randolph

Randolph — The Randolph City Council took steps to put things in place for 2017, during its Dec. 7 Council meeting.

Brad Bargstadt and Chad Winkelbauer were sworn into office after being re-elected in the General Election last month. Both men were unopposed in their run for city council.

Board members voted for Bargstadt to continue as the Council President, a position he has held for eight years.

Bargstadt was appointed to the Randolph City Council 10 years ago and has been elected by the voters for the past two terms.
