Catholic Schools Week starts Sunday

OSMOND — St. Mary’s School will observe Catholic Schools Week beginning with a Mass on Sunday, Jan. 29, at 10:15 a.m. with Father Tim Forget as celebrant. The theme for the observance, which continues through Feb. 4, is “Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service.”
The event is hosted by St. Mary’s School. The public is welcome to attend any of the week’s activities.
After the opening Mass, activities will move to St. Mary’s Parish Center in the school basement where a spaghetti dinner will be served. A Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the school library.
Special activities are planned for Monday through Friday.
Monday, Jan. 30 – Students are encouraged to wear “crazy” socks with their school uniform, and to bring items for the Osmond food pantry.
