Hospital health fair is June 12-13

OSMOND — Osmond General Hospital will host its annual community health fair on two separate dates this year – Monday, June 12, and Tuesday, June 13.  All activities will be held at the hospital with attendees to enter at the main entrance (south sliding doors).
Monday’s hours start at 4 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. while Tuesday’s hours begin at 7 a.m. and continue until 11 a.m.  Lab draws will be available at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday for persons ONLY having blood drawn.  All activities will be the same for both dates.
Health screenings will include lab draws for $45.  This includes chemistry profile – thyroid testing, cardiac disease risk factor, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL levels, and a complete blood cell count (eight tests).  A minimum of four hours’ fasting time is suggested for lab draws.
