Van Cleave named winner of Auxiliary sponsored Americanism essay contest

Coleridge — Each year the Carl Korff Unit No. 114 American Legion Auxiliary sponsors an Americanism Essay contest. This year’s title was, “How does learning about government and our America help you become a future guardian of the liberties of our country?”
London Van Cleave was awarded first place honors. Samantha Pehrson earned second place and Delaney Hall placed third.  Van Cleave’s essay was sent to the district level competition.
