Mobile Pantry is coming into Cedar County

RANDOLPH — A mobile pantry, which will be available free of charge, will be in Randolph the morning of Jan. 14.
Food Bank for the Heartland will bring the traveling food pantry to Randolph in an effort to provide food to area families who are in need.
Boxes of food will be set up on tables in the Randolph City Auditorium, Saturday, from 10 a.m.-noon.
The mobile pantry is available for anyone in Cedar County and for residents in neighboring counties, according to Elaine Bloomquist, coordinator for the Randolph Food Pantry.
“It is not just for families in Randolph. Anyone can come to the mobile pantry,” Bloomquist said. “They do not refuse anyone.”
