Attorney to open new Hartington office

HARTINGTON — Attorneys Keelan Holloway and Craig Monson will soon open a law office on Main Street in Hartington.

Monson and Holloway currently serve northeast Nebraska through their office in Laurel. Monson has been serving the northeast Nebraska area for 40 years.

“We are shooting to open the office in Hartington the first part of September. We are waiting for the signage for the Hartington Office,” Holloway said. “We do a lot of real estate, probates, civil litigation and other general practice.”

For now the law office in Hartington will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, although an attorney can be reached anytime throughout the week, Holloway said.

Appointments can be scheduled on other days of the week if needed, he said.

“The calls will roll over from Hartington to the Laurel office. Contact can be made anytime by calling the Hartington number,” Holloway said. “For now we will be open two days a week. It is definitely a possibility that we will be bringing in another attorney if more days are needed.”

The attorneys will be moving into the former Goetz & Kollars Law Office.

Vicky Pinkelman will stay on at the Hartington office.

“It is the perfect location for us. It is already set up for a law office,” Holloway said.
