LCC Bd. updated on active shooter training, athletic trainers

LAUREL —  A safety training dealing with active shooters, the need for the school to have an athletic trainer, a donation for the school and a good census report were discussed at the July 10 Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School board meeting.
The Booster Club has helped with some donation funds that will benefit the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge golf team and those who use the fitness center.
The money was used to purchase golf bags for the golf team and also helped with the purchase of some equipment in the fitness center, according to Supt. Randall Klooz.
Klooz had received a report on the school district census.
